Enjoy 4 days/ 3 nights in a Gourmet Inclusive® accommodation at El Dorado Casitas Royale, by Karisma. Site inspections will take place at each one of our resorts. IVI Destination Management will provide the transportation for the May fam trip, and we will provide for the October fam trip, airport - hotel - airport and to all scheduled activities.

Requirements for participation:

• Double occupancy – Meeting & Event Certified Planners only (companions are allowed)
• All scheduled activities are mandatory as part of the Fam Trip training; if you fail to attend the activities you will be charged a Travel Agent Rate for the length of your stay
• Space is limited
• Cut off 20 days prior to departure date

Be part of a complete GI Wedding training in a 5 days/ 4 nights fam trip at El Dorado Royale a Spa Resort, by Karisma. Site inspections will take place at each one of our resorts. View fully decorated wedding locations and private reception venues. Taste firsthand the delicious wedding cakes and food & beverage offerings from our banquet kit. Hear music, smell flowers and view photos from our exclusive list of wedding vendors. Meet with our onsite wedding team in a full GI training. We will provide transportation airport – hotel – airport and to all scheduled activities.

Rules and regulations:

• Single occupancy – bonafied travel agents only (agents must send an IATA, CLIA or TICO ID to register)
• All scheduled activities are mandatory as part of the Fam Trip training; if you fail to attend the activities you will be charged a Travel Agent Rate for the length of your stay.
• Cut off 20 days prior to each Fam Trip
• US$99.00 fam trip fee applies per agent, reimbursed when you book 1 new weddings (this charge do not apply for GIVC)
